This proposal was prepared by Krishna La Windz in response to
the request for proposal (RFP) entitled “Catering Services for Omni
Auto Ltd. at Sricity.”

Omni Auto Ltd. requires Catering Services as specified below for their
factory at Sricity.

Payment Terms

 The price indicated above is exclusive of taxes

 Taxes as and when applicable will be charged extra

 Invoices will be generated 1st on every Month with a credit

period of 15 days

Scope of Responsibilities
Omni Auto Ltd.
 Ample space for Dining of Omni Employees
 Food Storage Area
 Dining Hall with necessary equipment such as Dining
Tables, Chairs, Bain Marie, Water Counters, Coolers and
Drinking Water, Dining Plates and cutlery, Plate Standing
Racks etc.… – for all sessions, and attached Dishwashing
area along with Dishwasher and water for washing.
 Service Personnel
 Dining Hall Maintenance, Housekeeping and Pest Control
 Washrooms for Male and Female employees
  Vehicles Parking Space

 Breakfast must be delivered to Omni factory, Sricity as per
specified quantity with due quality and hygiene on time.
 Lunch must be delivered to Omni factory, Sri City as per
specified quantity with due quality and hygiene on time.
 Dinner must be delivered to Omni factory, Sri City as per
specified quantity with due quality and hygiene on time.
 Midnight Supper & Tea must be delivered to Omni factory,
Sri City as per specified quantity with due quality and
hygiene on time.
 Weekly menu has to be sent to Omni Auto Ltd. every week.

General Terms and Conditions

 Any change in scope due to additional request will call for

re-negotiations on the timelines and hence the project
fees.
 The Price mentioned in the quotation is only for delivery of
food to Omni Factory. Any additional services will be
charged extra.
 The acceptance of any deliverables must be within one
week of submission. After the one-week period the
deliverables are deemed accepted.
 This proposal is valid for 90 days from the date of
submission.
  The delivery of the service requires Min. 20 days’ time after
signing the MOU
 Agreement term must be a minimum of Two years
 Yearly increment will be agreed upon mutual discussions
and in any case not less than inflation percentage declared
by Government of India on food products.
 Food required Quantity must be informed to KLW by Omni
24 hours prior
