This proposal was prepared by Krishna La Windz in response to the request for
proposal (RFP) entitled “In-house Catering Services for NS INSTRUMENTS INDIA PVT.
LTD at Sri City.”

 The price indicated above is exclusive of taxes

 Taxes as and when applicable will be charged extra

 Invoices will be generated 1st on every Month with a credit period of 15 days

 Ample space for Dining of NS INSTRUMENTS Employees

 Kitchen Space for cooking
 Storage for provisions, Milk & Curd, Vegetables and bulk Storage with racks
and storage equipment
 Cooking, Serving and Dining vessels, crockery, cutlery and Stacking racks etc.
 Electricity, Gas, Fuel and Water
 Emergency generator
 All required machinery like grinders, mixers, Veg. Cutters and Roti Makers etc.
 Food Storage Area with storage freezers, refrigerators
 Dining Hall with necessary equipment such as Dining Tables, Chairs, Bain
Marie, Water Counters, Coolers and Drinking Water, Dining Plates and cutlery,
Plate Standing Racks etc.… – for all sessions, and attached Dishwashing area
along with Dishwasher and water for washing.
 Self Service
 Dining Hall Maintenance, Housekeeping and Pest Control
 Washrooms for Male and Female employees
 Vehicles Parking Space

Krishna La Windz
 Cooking, serving and Food delivery to NS instruments canteen located at Sricity
 Weekly menu has to be sent to NS Instruments every week.
General Terms and Conditions
 Any change in scope due to additional request will call for re-negotiations on
the timelines and hence the project fees.
 The Price mentioned in the quotation is only for the services mentioned in the
KLW scope above. Any additional services will be charged extra.
 The acceptance of any deliverables must be within one week of submission.
After the one-week period the deliverables are deemed accepted.
 This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
 The delivery of the service requires Min. 20 days’ time after signing the MOU
 Agreement term must be a minimum of Two years
 Yearly increment will be agreed upon mutual discussions and in any case not
less than inflation percentage declared by Government of India on food
products.
 Food required Quantity must be informed to KLW by NS INSTRUMENTS 24
hours prior
