I have recently visited Tamilnadu to investigate the

increased competition from a rival baby food product.
During my visit, I conducted market research and
interviewed several retailers and customers.

My findings indicate that the rival product has been

recently purchased a Orange flavour bottle of your
[brand] soft drink from aluva /Reliance Fresh. Upon
opening the sealed bottle, I was shocked and disgusted
to find a number of live insects inside the container.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality control

measures that your company has in place, as this
should not have happened with a sealed and packaged
product. Not only is this a health hazard, but it also
undermines consumer confidence in your brand.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this

matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar
incidents from occurring in the future. I would also like
to request a refund or replacement for the
contaminated product.
