• It will result in higher customers’ expectations;
thus, the company must keep on improving their
strategies.

marketing for the company and might need

orientation to customers regarding the maintenance
and application of the products.

• This will prevent environmental problems.


• The customers will be aware of how to apply the product
properly, thus, avoiding damages and casualties.

the company to address their concerns easily.

the basic skills in applying the product to achieve

4 They should come up if not better, then at least at par
with their competitor’s strategy.

Conclusion
Lawn Care is a great company when it comes to
the products they offer. Unfortunately, they lack post-
sale services, which led to customers’ dissatisfaction.
Their competitors, on the other hand, had a head start
and boosted their business opportunities.
The Lawn Care Company limited their business
capabilities when in fact, there is still room for
improvements and developments. The company’s
product ends up being questioned because of the
damages and casualties it cost the customers, although it
wasn’t clear if the product was at fault or the way it was
applied.
Recommendations
For the Lawn Care company to improve its
services and won’t cause problems in the near future
towards their customers and the environment, the
researchers recommend the following: Offer better pre
and post-sale services than that of their competitors’
