1. Tell me about your self ?

Alright sir , my full name is anjar putra samraharja, you can call me anjar, iam 22 years old,
and originally from malang, iam freshgraduate from brawijaya university majoring in finance
with last gpa 3.31.

For experience , once i have ever joined internship at pt pertamina for 3 month in division
finance, there i learn how to input data to spt program and then i reported the data to the tax
office. Iam realy lucky because i got to learn abaout hand on experience in tax reporting,
because at the campus my lecture just teach me about teori not hands on experience.

And second experience once i have ever joined small busines that is yippie organaizer like
event organizer but this busines focus in event such as birthday party, couple diner and gala
diner. My job desc such as make proposal budget for client, buy acesoris dekoration , and
table decoration.

And third experience i work at restoran the name astep bistro, iam joined at astep bistro since
november in division accounting and my job desc is make report of stock kitchen and
calculate the cost of goods sold.

And forth experiece i have ever joined small bisnis that is barber shop the name is futura
barber shop. My job desc such as search employe barber man, buy equiptment for barber
shop and make accounting report. , for marketing the barber shop i use my friend have a
much follower and her is have base as a selebgram that it can increase costomer for visit in
my barber shop. Thats is about me.

2. What is your greater stregh ?

Iam confident in my skill in analyst financial report. i can demostrate good understanding on
analyst financial report. because i have pasion in finance and iam not have tired if i work in
finance. I fast learner person and i can work indepedently as well as with team. during my
intership i learn quickly how to input tax data, pay vendor and reported stock oil. Because in
finance it is importan to learn and work fast to do to deadline, that my stregh i got from
intership.

3. What is your weakness ?

My weakneas , in the finance management have a skill about analyst market share but iam
not expert in that skill beacuse at the campus my lecture not too expose about that ,but i
interest about that skill and i dont have tired to be learn that skill maybe now iam not expert
in this skill but someday i can to be expert in this skill i will lmprove and learn for my better
self.

4. What will you see yourself in the next five years ?

I project my self to be some one how is more experince skill and mature than iam now, i hope
that it will benefit me and the company

I bilieve that iam compatible for this position. First i have pasion in the field of finance which
is supported with experince and training sertifikat. I had an intership in pt pertamina finance
division and i also have the skill and knowladge useful in this position such as how to analyst
financial report to know the company financial performance and taxation.

6. What kind of financial report and taxation ?

In finance management have a several rumus to analyst financial report but comonly just 4
we will use.

That is first liquidity rasio, this ratio to measure the ability compane to meet its short – term
financial obligation. If the company can meet financial obligation, so the company have a rate
as a company likuid. To measure the likuidity ration we can use rumus curent ratio.

Second ratio leverage this ratio to measure how much asset and equity the company with
fund obtained from the company creditur. The explain if the result from this ratio leverange
above an averange of the industry, this company have a low ratio, so if the company have a
low ratio the company have a good condition, because just small proportion asset and equity
the company using a loan form creditur.

Third activity ratio, this ratio to measure manegmenet effectiviness in using its resource. All
acctivity ratio involved a comparison between the level of sale revenue and working capital
of assets. For exampel ,If the result from activity ratio 1,5 show that the company obtained
sales value 1,5 times from the working capital owned.

Forth profitibility ratio, this ratio to mensure effectivity of management seen from the income
generated on sale and investment company.

i know great giant food have a activitis that is export pineple to other country, according the
rule taxation activits export must be pay taxt base on pph 22, pph 22 charged to the agency
spesifik on certain business entities, both public and private, the conducting activities export,

7. What do you want this job /why do you want this company ?

My reason i want this job or company because great giant food is one of the largest farm
pineaple company number 3 in the world and i believe iam compatible for this position . So
that exactly the reason iam apply this company. If i get accepted in this company, i hope to be
able to build longterm profesional career. I promise to bring benefit for this company. I want
to be given the chance to pursue career as for as i could go with my hardworker.

8. What your salary ?

I believe that this company has a standart policy for giving salary for employes, but i have
been research this information before. A standart salary for freshgradute avarenge 3 milon or
5 milion, which is the minimum regional of standart in indonesia as long as it is above the
standart, it is fine for me.

because the salary is cause and effect, and the salary is a effect and the cause more salary

which eastern farmers dont leave waste in cultivating their land. this principle is applied
through the use of organic fertilizers to the use of recycle- able polyethylene bags .

i think this is a very good policy and i support it. if a big company is very supportive on eco-
friendly pratice. it will benefit every single individual, not just the company, but also people

15. What are you recreational activities and hobbies?

My hobby is palying futsal ussualy i pratice futsal with my friend every Friday. I love futsal
because have several benefit first pratice kreativiti for beat the opponet and to be a winner
like use skill to split the opponets and make the goal. Second pratice work team, play futsal
with good work team can make the team dominate the game for reach to be a winner

And then traveling, ussualy i go traveling every semester holiday after exam, i prefer holiday
go to beach like bali is the best destination for traveling because bali have much beutiful
beach like pandawa, green bowl beach and many more. Benefit of traveling first Improves
Social and Communication Skills like as to find the next way or find the near restoran or
mosque,

second to find Peace of Mind, We all have stress and tension in our lives, traveling can
decrease stress from our normal routine and refresh brain to increase produktiviti work after
treveling.

cultures. Meet people from different cultures and societies will help you see issues and daily
life from many different angles.

And then cycling, i ussualy cycleng every weekend with my bycle, benefit cycling is a make
increased muscle strength and flexibility, strengthened bones and keep the body healty. And
then make we increase produktiviti in the work place because we have healty body.

their operations. This software is developed to support a Company in carrying its operational
activities more efficiently and effectively.

And I have enperience use sap at pertamina to proses pay vendor and controling data
transation oil costumer.

Business Development is one of the company's management functions in an effort to develop

a business owned by the company. but in a broader sense Business Development is not only
doing business analysis at the moment but also how to manage the existing business
opportunity into something that can be done by the company by using all the resources it has.

I will focus on explaining financial support using 1 business example, oxygen tube distributor
business, so I've heard the business idea from someone he explained business plan well from
getting oxygen by cooperating with a good holding, supply chain, and marketing way , but to
get a working capital business that he uses instrument penggadian by putting a tube to get
money and buy a new again in my opinion more efficient because if using pawn instrument
there are 2 costs incurred the interest and shrinkage of the tube, my suggestion better use
instrument umkm credit in the bank with the same interest that is 10% per year without
having to seizure of goods and will only pay interest only. and the second performs a
financial statement recording to evaluate the business by using ratio analysis, firstly using a
liquidity ratio to determine whether the business is paying oprasional or short-term debt, the
second using the activity ratio to find out how efetiv rotation of working capital produces
profit and third use profitability ratio to measure loan capital and own capital or all assets or
investment

in obtaining profit, in this case to maintain its extent, the financial arrangements of the
company both from source and use and its management it is important for that financial
support issue is an important thing that will be used by business development in assessing the
feasibility of a business.
