Introduction: good morning everyone etc….

Mrs.Hay( Julius): This story started when I gave the Burnell siblings a huge
doll house after I stayed with them. The doll’s house details: a dark, oily,
spinach green, picked out with bright yellow. Its two solid little chimneys, glued
on to the roof, were painted red and white, and the door, gleaming with yellow
varnish, was like a little slab of toffee. Four windows, real windows, were
divided into panes by a broad streak of green. There was actually a tiny porch,
too, painted yellow, with big lumps of congealed paint hanging along the edge

Kezia(Joana): The doll house was very too marvelous for us. We had never
seen anything like this before. Red carpet covered all the floors except the
kitchen; red plush chairs in the drawing room, green in the dining room; tables,
beds with real bedclothes, a cradle, a stove, a dresser with tiny plates and one
big jug. But what I was fascinated with the lamp.
Action: Kunware pupunta na sa school ang Burnell sisters. Tapos maguusap
ng walang sounds (sasabihin ni isabel na “Im to tell first about the doll house.
Mag o-ofcourse yung dalawang kapatid: keiza and lottie)

Isabel(Carla): As I am the eldest among the Burnell’s daughters, I was the first
one who told our schoolmates about or doll house and told them “I got
something to tell you at the playtime.”

Action: playtime na harap na lang si Isabel sa mga kaklase. Tapos asa likod
lang yung mga kapatid niya. Tapos habang kinukwento ni isabel yung doll
house asa gilid lang sina else and lil.

Isabel(Carla): Mrs. Hay sent us a huge doll house. It was huge and too
marvelous for us. We had to put it on the courtyard to get rid to the smell of the
paint.

Action: Bubulong si Kezia(Joana) kay isabel na “ you forgot the lamp Isabel.”

Isabel(Carla): and there’s a teeny little lamp, all made of yellow glass, with a
white globe that stands on the dining room table. You couldn’t tell it from a real
one. My mother allowed you to come to our house by pair to see the doll house.
Except the Kelveys.

Action: Sabay titingin sa gilid kung asan ang kelvey sisters. Hahawak si else
sa damit ni Lil tapos medyo strange smile si Lil.

Lil(Janine) Else(Roch): They don’t want us. Because our mother is a spry,
hardworking little washerwoman, who went about from house to house by the
day. They though we are a daughter of a jailbird.
Kezia(Joana): Isabel was choosing the two who were to come back with them
that afternoon and see it. She chose Emmie Cole and Lena Logan. And as
days passed by more children saw the doll’s house, the fame of it spread. It
became the one subject, the rage. I asked my mom if I can show it to the
kelveys and she said no. Certainly not.

Lil(Janine): My schoolmate were busy talking about us. They even asked me
if I am going to be servant when I grow old, like my mother. I just gave the a
shame faced smile.

Kezia(Joana): One day, we have a visitor. And Isabel and Lottie who love
visitor went to upstairs to change their pinafores.

Action: aalis na sina lottie and isabel exit sa door

Kezia(Joana): I went on the big white gates of the courtyard. I saw little dots
and as they come closer I noticed it was Lil and Else. I asked them to come
inside and they can look in our doll house.

Action: hahawakan ni else(roch) ang damit ni lil(janine) papasok sila and

titingnan ang doll house. At habang tinitingnan ang doll house dadating si Aunt
Beryl. Magugulat sila

Aunt Beryl(Julius): “How dare you ask the little Kelveys into the courtyard?” .
“You know as well as I do, you’re not allowed to talk to them. Run away,
children, run away at once. And don’t come back again,”

Action: Lalabas ng pinto si Aunt Beryl( Julius) and Kezia(Joana) tapos uupo
sa gitna si Lil(Janine) and Else(Roch)

Lil(Janine): titingin kay Else. “I seen the lamp.”

Costume: pambabaeng damit ni Julius

Si lottie and kezia naka uniform na lang

Si Isabel naka dress na pang mayaman

Si Lil- green dress and hat
