Study on the Current Scenario in Kannur.

Study undertaken in mainly 4 sectors: Government, healthcare, printing industry,

small scale industry and retail sector.

Overall it can be concluded that HR is not given due importance in most sectors. Even
with the growing recognition of workers across the globe, the trend is not being seen
here. The factors that can be attributed might be high unemployment rate, and
unwillingness to move to new places seen among the workers.
