Chop! Chop! Chop!

Oh, no! The loggers are here!
Fump! Fump! Fump!
They are cutting down trees.
Crish! Crash! Crush!
OMG! It’s like half the forest is gone!

Twinkle twinkle little star

I can’t see where you are
All the smoke in the smoky sky
Makes you hide and makes me cry
There is darkness all around
As you are pollution bound.

Oh hi!
Oh hello!
Good morning, everyone!
My name is Florendiya, and this is my friend
And I am Revalina Sally
We are going to recite our poem entitled “Why, Mankind, Why?”

Uh, oh, that factory’s making smoke,

And that pollution will make you choke,
We need to shut it down!
Although it will give the manager a frown

See now what pollution made,

You know it wouldn’t easily fade,
So come on all the young and the old,
And also the weak and the strong,
Come on, and let’s make this world a better place.

Thwack! Thwack!
Everyday we’re blistering the Earth’s skin
Come on! Look!
The ozone layer is too thin

The world where once it was all green

Covered with plants, animals, and beans
Is now a world,
a terrible world!
Filled with trash,

It might all just crash.

It’s fun and all, bathed in luxury,

But all the plants, animals too, are screaming in fury!
The sky is no longer blue!
Help, what should I do?
For time can never be reserved,
All the scars we’ve made, is kept in the universe.

Technology seems as good as gold,

But we humans never listen to what’s we’re told,
For now we’ve destroyed, a lot of our home,
‘cause in space we just can’t, live out in a dome.

Buildings, computers and other inventions

These were the things which caught mans’ attention
Trees and animals suffered from man’s exploration
Nature provided everything, so why can’t man give a little appreciation?

Cut here, chopped there, cut here, chopped there,

What a pity the fate of the trees were,
The forest was swept off, hectare by hectare,
When a fool man was to think he will prosper,
When the joy he felt now tomorrow will differ.

Soon people will suffer without pity,

And nature’s answer will never be mercy,
For if man continues to destroy the tree,
Then it will be the end of the story.

Lives are crying because it’s not green,

Earth is dying because it’s not clean.
Earth is our dear Mother, don’t pollute it,
She gives us food and shelter, just salute it.

Garbage is everywhere,
Looks like everyone doesn’t care!
With dying trees and animals, it’s in sorrow,
Make green today and green tomorrow.

Grow more trees, make Mother Earth green,

Reduce pollution and make her a Queen.
Earth comes to an end,
Save it my friends!

Pollution is going on,

In every city, village and town,
Do not pollute; water and air,
Don’t throw garbage, here and there.
You can do something now, or never,
Let’s save our Earth together!

With that, we urge,

Save the tree, Save the Nature, Save the Earth!
