I am not your typical 20-year-old college student. I bought my first property at 18

currently looking for a job so that I can buy another rental property. I am a very
efficient and hard worker. I enjoy working with people and making connections.

I started working at this car dealership at 15 years old. I had to go through my school
◦ MICROSOFT OFFICE and get a worker permit because I was not old enough to get a job on my own. I
worked there for 4 years throughout my high school career. My tasks included:
◦ BASIC ACCOUNTING cleaning cars, parking cars on the lot and showroom floor, completing dealer trades,
and working with customers to buy cars. I am a car fan, so I loved talking with others

EDUCATION This is a cannabis company I worked for on and off for a few years. This past summer
I helped them submit over 10 applications in the state of Missouri. My role in this
was collecting over 400 documents (Letters of Intent, Proof of Residency, Letters of
University of Missouri - Recommendation, Zoning requirement, city ordinances) and properly naming them
according to the state. Then I was tasked with uploading these documents to the
Columbia States portal where applications would be submitted. I was the one who uploaded
2017 – 2021 (Expected) the complete application onto the portal and the one who took the final copy and
Degree in Finance and Banking with an submitted them. This may not sound difficult until you realize there were 12
Emphasis in Real Estate different applications that all needed to be kept separate with different naming
conventions. I did a very similar task with Maryland applications.

This is the property management company I have been working for since I was 13.
However, the past couple of years I have worked for them consistently. My tasks
include reconciling bank accounts daily, communicating with property managers
about problems they may incur as well as handling some tasks they don’t have
permission to do, sending financial statements to the bank in regard to loans, and
recording bills and paying them through QuickBooks.
