Abstract

This study aims to know the perception of Senior High School Students

towards the Quality of Service Provided by School Canteen. This study has 320

respondents from Senior High of Gen T. De Leon National High School, and all were

randomly selected. This study is beneficial to future researcher, canteen staffs, Senior

High School Students and to the researchers of this study. The researcher cited related

literatures and studies to strengthen their study. This research is quantitative in nature

and is non-experimental research. This study was conducted at Gen. T De Leon

National High School. Questionnaires were validated by experts and the researchers

used chron back alpha and the result was .298, which means that the questions are

reliable. The Statistical Analysis used in this study were Percentage distribution,

Weighted Mean and Analysis of Variance. Findings shown that there were more

female respondents than male respondents and there were more grade 11 respondents,

it also showed that the level of the service quality provided by the school canteen was

Good and the perception of Senior High School Students were Strongly Agree and

that there is a significant relationship between the Level of service quality provided

by the school canteen and the profile of the student. There is a significant relationship

between the perception of senior high school students and the level of service quality

provided by the school canteen.
