Your result will normally be available in 2 to 21 days,

depending on several factors including the number of
sections requested for remark. If you have not received
a response after 28 days, please contact your test centre.

8. You will receive an EOR letter stating your final result status.
You will be required to return your previously issued Test
Report Form if your result is changed before a new one can
be issued. You should make all enquiries regarding the
progress of your re-mark to your original test centre.

9. You will receive a full refund if your result is changed to a

higher band score.
