    Emulsification method of silicone oil

    1. 15% Silicone Oil TSF 4708 7-8% TO 7 Mix for 30-45 minutes at 300-400 RPM.
    2. Take Water 1 - 10% , Mix for additional 15-20 minutes.
    3. Take 0.3% Acetic acid and add in 10% water. and mix for additional 15-20 minutes.
    4. And then finally add the pending 53% water slowly and mix for an additional 20-25 minutes.
