Current Scenario:

Today, 99% of patients carry their physical medical records. None of them have them have the same
in a digital format. This scenario is true despite the high penetration of Smart Phones across the
world.

Even in an emergency situation where a patient needs to be admitted in a hospital, there are no
readily available medical data to screen and begin the medical treatment without any delay.
Precious time is lost in understanding of any prevalent medical condition of the patient such as
Blood Group, Diabetes, Cholesterol, allergy, previous surgery, current medication, etc.

Medical records has always been a burning issue for healthcare stake holders globally. With the
advent of newer technologies its becoming all the more important to have digital medical records.

The large corporate Hospitals which cater to probably 5% of the population have various software
which includes digital medical records and offer this as a service to their patients. But the bigger
challenge is to offer a solution to digitise the medical records for the balance 95% of the population.

We have developed a mobile platform which can capture patient profile and digitise his medical
records. The app can capture key medical condition data of the patient like Diabetic, Blood Group,
Cholesterol, etc. and also the corresponding reports as images.

The key difference here is that the app is focussed and targeted to the patient rather than the
hospital. Thus the data will be universally available with the consent of the patient. The patient can
access his medical records from anywhere through the app. Even in emergencies one can access this
data through a mobile or through the web. This app can be used at cases of emergencies or even
regular checkups where all previous records of the patient is stored including prescriptions and
current medications, family history, surgical history, insurance history, etc. one needs to know the
mobile no of the patient and his data can be analysed within seconds. Thus saving precious time in
saving the patient. MyMediRep minimises the time to begin treatment during the golden hour.

The back end call centre would act as a guide for the patients in the event of emergency and also
guide them to use the APP. It will also authenticate medical data wherever required.

The Revenue would come from offering the users various medical services through the mobile APP.
The service could range from Doctor services, Pharma, Emergency services, etc. All the vendors
offering this service will provide a discounted package and also give a part as commission to the
organisation. We would become an aggregator for providing various medical services.

While there are apps which can help in storing the health data but none which allows it to be used in
emergencies.

Our Objective:

The key objective is to move towards predictive healthcare before the end of 5 years. The biggest
challenge for this is to ensure enough data is available for predictive healthcare with the assistance
of AI. Hence the entire operations of this platform is to capture data and work on the same with
added features to enhance the experience of the customer.

Market in India:

There are 340 million smart phone users in India but digital medical records knowledge and its
availability is almost negligible. There is a huge market need for doctors to have access to patients
file and for patients to maintain their medical records. This App meets both the needs of the market.

How to Go to Market:

We have already approached Mumbai Police for their entire force to be enrolled in the platform.
Similarly we will be approaching several other Government and corporate bodies for group
subscription. We have also initiated discussions with Govt of Maharashtra for their rural healthcare
to subscribe to this platform. This will complement their portal ‘Apna Asptal’.

Besides with a successful model in India, it can be replicated in any part of the world.

The Second Phase

In the second year of operation, we would be providing second opinion for Oncology, Paediatrics
and Cardiac through a panel of Doctors and with International Hospitals. We already have an
ongoing discussions with John Hopkins, Harvard, etc. for partnering and providing second opinion
through our platform. This can be a launched in our second phase where patients can use our
platform and also pay through our platform for seeking second opinion from Domestic or
International Hospitals. This would be a revenue earner for MyMediRep.

In the second phase we would also be launching Pharma sales through Netmeds/1Mg. The idea is
since the patients would be uploading presecriptions, they will have access to order medicines
through our platform. This will be a revenue earner for MyMediRep. Besides online pharmacy we
also will partner with diagnostic labs and offer the same to our registered users.

The Third Phase

This is the most unique and final objective for the platform. Once we have a subsequent numbers of
medical records, we will get into predictive healthcare. Thus this platform will ensure the saying
‘Prevention is better than Cure’.

With an AI based platform and algorithms to support the data, it will show various health vitals of a
registered user using his medical records supported by other medical records.

Thus there will be a revenue generator for this platform where for detailed analysis he would be
charged. Knowing that the market is moving towards becoming more health conscious, such a
platform will become an enabler for maintaining a good health.
