Writing Restaurant Review

UKB! It can’t be the Best!

There are many food restaurants in Calapan City and one of those is Unlimited Korean
Barbeque Restaurant or was known as UKB. UKB restaurant was owned by Chinese business
man. This is the first Korean restaurant selling unlimited Korean meat in the Mindoro Province.
Restaurants can be your stress reliever but not all. Every food has different taste
and style according to how the chef made it and it doesn’t mean it was all good. There are only
food was good in style but not good in taste. Also, a restaurants may have good ambiance so
that the costumers can relax too.

Once you enter the UKB Restaurant you will see the tarpaulin presenting the different
types of dishes also their best seller unlimited Korean pork with the price of Php 199.00 only
and it was affordable to us. It was good to make a tarpaulin so the costumers cannot ask more
about their foods. After that, you will see the rules, the first one is no leftover so that no food will
be waste, second one is no sharing it is meant to not share and eat what you buy for yourself
only, third one is no takeout, and last is no outside food with extra charge of Php 300.00. This
restaurants is for 2 hours only so everyone should not waste their time and limited per table.
And also, kids has discount and free if 3 feet below.

This restaurant has capability to have many costumers because it has many tables and
cooking utensils. They have different reservation of plates, glass, spoon, forks, iced and etc. It
will make the costumers determine what they want to use since it was self-service.
Also, it has good ambiance but was not perfect. There is a green wall, which it is cold in
my eyes and was good to take pictures. But when it’s already 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm the heat
will arise from your body because it is open area.
Besides of the style, of this restaurant, the food was great for those are immune with this
kind of food. There are many dishes so you can choose what you really want to taste and fry.
There are Spicy Korean meat, classic pork, spicy rice kimchi, kimchi, lime pork, and etc. also
there are vegetables like cucumber, corn and lettuce. Their food was fresh so that it is tasty and
not gristlier. It was not cook after all, you must cook it before you eat like the Korean restaurants
in Korea. And from this dishes all I want are chorizo because it is like “longganisa” in Filpino and
classic pork because the taste is not salty and spicy.
This restaurants may put more design and style because it was not impressive at first
sight. They may have proper sideboard of kitchenware because you will just saw it on the
different tables and it can have dirt. Also, they must assure the food was fresh and its quality as
always in order to have many costumers. And last, they must check the cooking utensils before
the costumers use because it was not functioning well at first.
Since I am Filipino I will rate this restaurants seven out of ten becauseI am not satisfy
with their few dishes. But then it was experienced to eat the Korean food. It was seven because
their cooking utensils was not really good to use, the utensils are just on the table and not on
the proper container, also the ambiance was not to make us to relax, and I thinks it’s purpose is
to experience how the Koreans do in Korean restaurants.
