Fitness:

It is important for person to be fit. Fitness makes


person healthy and able to function optimally. A person will be physically fit by
doing exercise on daily basis and it affects also mentally fitness. It reduces health
diseases and physically and mentally person will be active. It also controls fat.

Physical Fitness :
why we can not work continuously for a long time period? Why people
seems aged in a young age? What is physical fitness and how it affects
human body to function well?

People can not able to work continuously for a long time period because
they are physically fit and also causes human body to seems aged.
Physical fitness means to be fit from inner and outer of human body. A
person can be fit by doing exercise daily. There are several types of
physical fitness.
 Cardiovascular Exercise.
 Muscular endurance and strength.
 Joint flexibility.
 Body Composition.

You can also maintain your fitness by lifting weight , playing games , walking and
running , yoga and etc..

There are many advantages of being physically fitness.

 Avoid health disease like blood pressure , heart disease and etc..
 Be always active.
 increase self-confidence.
 Muscle increasing and strengthen bones.
 Be a healthy and happier life.

Mental Fitness :
Mental fitness is also affected by
physical fitness.If you will be physically fit,you would also be mentally fit.
When we do exercise physically , Normally flow of oxygen is increasing and
our brain muscles are increasing. when you will be mentally fit , it reduce
anxiety and stress. It boost brain and you will sleep well. You will spend
happy life.
