My physical fitness

Physical fitness involves the performance of the heart and lungs, and the muscles of
the body. And, since what we do with our bodies also affects what we can do with our
minds, fitness influences to some degree qualities such as mental alertness and

mental state of mind by improving your confidence, and make you feel overall better
about yourself and your looks. There are four primary components of fitness, cardio-

blood to flow to your muscles, decreased risk of an injury, and overall improves your

over the world go to the gyms and like to exercise for different reasons. Some think
that maintaining their fitness will just aim at their physical image, but being
physically active will help control their overall health by improving the body's
function and preventing sickness
