Pressure adjustment screw

1. Place the diesel engine at maximum revs and insert

the hydraulic pumps

2. Enter the command closing door

3. Turn the screw to adjust pressure mounted on the

Distributor Services to obtain the required pressure
shown on the pressure gauge (120 bar)

4. Lock the adjustment screw

Calibration RPS Device - Pumping Unit Closed Circuit -

1) The follow operations have to be done with engine powered on and

with pumping unit inserted.

2) Put the gauge on the pressure intake of concrete flow solenoid valve

3) On the rear panel turn the “Local-Remote” key switch on “Remote”.

4) Switch on the remote control and active the “Pumping forward”

function and then turn the remote control rps potentiometer clockwise
completely (“+ rps” position).

5) Use “Gain” potentiometer in order to obtain the maximum pressure

value 18 +2 bar and obtain the maximum number of cycles required

6) Turn the remote control rps potentiometer anticlockwise completely

(“- rps” position).

7) Use “Bias” potentiometer in order to obtain the minimum pressure

value 6 -2 bar

8) Turn again the remote control rps potentiometer clockwise completely

(“+ rps” position) to check the previous setting has maintained the
previous value.

9) On the rear panel turn the “Local-Remote” key switch on “Local”.

10) Turn the rear panel rps potentiometer clockwise completely (“+ rps”
position) and check the pressure value shall be the maximum value

and obtain the maximum number of cycles required.

11) Turn the rear panel rps potentiometer anticlockwise completely

(“- rps” position) and check the minimum pressure value

Calibration hydraulic radiator fan

1) Place the diesel engine at maximum revs and insert the

hydraulic pumps

2) With the help of a tachometer, located near the fan, turn the
adjustment screw until you reach the desired speed of the
fan (2300g/min)

3) Lock the adjustment screw

 Calibration Grease Pump Timer

1) Rotary switch for setting the full scale working time

Turning this switch you can set the full scale of the activation
1 time of the grease pump unit.
It must be set to 20m (20 minutes).

2 2) Trimmer for adjusting working time

By adjusting the trimmer , you can set the activation time of
the pump grease pump unit.
We must proceed by turning fully anti-clockwise and then
clockwise until the third notch (about ¼ turn).
4 This approach corresponds to 4 minutes.

3) Rotary switch for setting the full scale break time

3 Turning this switch you can set the full scale of the
deactivation time of the grease pump unit.
It must be set to 2m ( 2 minutes).

4) Trimmer for adjusting the pause time

Temporizzatore By adjusting this trimmer you can set the time of deactivation
of the pump grease pump unit.
We must proceed by turning fully clockwise .
This approach corresponds to 2 minutes.

NOTE : The times of activation and deactivation above begin

to be counted after the activation of the command pumping .
In the " Picture 1" depicts a timer set correctly

 Proper wear ring fitting

Compensation
Ring 1 - 1,5mm MAX

1) Fit the wear ring and compensation ring , on "S" valve

through the collar. “

2) Before tightening the collar, place the wear ring at a
distance of 1 - 1.5 mm from the wear plate
