Statement of the Problem

The purpose of this study is on the level and competency among ICT
students in Computer System Servicing (CSS) of DPLMHS Stand Alone SHS and also
it is more about computer hardware and software specifically, it seeks to answer
the following question.

What is the level of CSS in the secondary schools with regard to the implementation
of the CSS.
