work out emotions, to make history comes alive, science
is explained and literary works are bought into life.

 Animations- illusion of movement, created by
showing a series of pictures and it will play in a
fast speed. Example: The Return of the grumpy
cloud by Andymation
 Documentary- a film of presenting only facts of
a certain person. Example: MMK: broadcast by
ABS CBN every Saturday evenings hosted by
Charo Santos Concio and the longest running
drama in Philippine Television now in almost 30
years
 Epic- Films that recounting/ teaching what a
legend or hero did for us. Example: Cabiria, a
1914 Italian film directed by Giovanni Pastrone
and it is the first film presented in the white
house
 Comedy- main purpose and designed is to make
people/audience laugh. Example: 2013, Girl,
Boy, Bakla, Tomboy, a story of quadruplets were
split into pairs and raised apart their parents.
They meet as adults by accident and make a
tough choice to make whose gonna give the
transplant.
 Movie- recorded by a camera as a set of moving
images and shown in a theater or television.
Example: “The Hows of Us” directed by Cathy
Garcia Molina, 2018 highest grossing movie of
all time in the Philippines.
Literary- These are arts centered on creative writing and
other composition processes which intended to read.
These include prose and poetry.
Examples of Literary
 Non- Fiction- Content is based from the real life
stories
 Short fiction- shorter than novel, only focuses less
characters in one setting
 Novel- Is a relatively long work of narrative fiction
 Poetry- Deep Words, idioms to express feelings
 Scriptwriting- work by screenwriters, scripted work,
lines which delivered by the actors and actresses in a
movie or television.
 Graphic Novel- A type of literary that contains
text and pictures and presented as book.
Theater- This form of art uses performers to present the
experience of a real or imagined event before a live
audience in a specific time and place.
Applied Arts- Are those in which artistic design is
applied to utilitarian objects for everyday use.
 Industrial Arts- Mechanical objects, such as
Ipods or Cars
 Graphic Design- Such as engravings, painted
illustrations or logos; covey ideas in symbolic
matter
 Interior Design- fulfills our needs to live in
beautiful surroundings but must check or
considerate some limits, practical matters such
as health and safety concerns.
 Decorative Arts- Crafts, a definite purpose of
embellishing everyday objects and enhancing
their functionality- mostly used in ceramics and
glassware.
