Analyzed retail and institutional portfolios for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and clients.
• Shadowed client calls with RIAs who provided feedback on market outlook and investment strategy.
• Created and presented an idea for Tarzan: a free portfolio construction tool that advisors could use
for the lead generation process. The tool compared historical data against real time results.
• Built Spectrum, a RShiny applet which automated much of the fund evaluation process for advisors.
• Selected by the senior partner to present Spectrum to advisors. The platform is still used today.
Impact: Spectrum saved approximately 1,000 manhours per year with better accuracy.

SUMMER SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERN
Organized the research database and built a search tool to access content used by Clinical Affairs.
• Used RShiny to design a search engine platform that displayed research by subject for download.
• Added a feature that identified the most cited articles and ranked them accordingly.
Impact: The database with the search engine tool is still in use today.

Co-founded an iOS bootcamp to supplement the lack of Swift education available in local high schools.
• Expanded curriculum to include Scratch, Python, and an AI crash-course.

• Supported the development of a biomarker database using natural language processing (NLP) to
process medical journals on PubMed.
Impact: Designated as the head of a team of interns developing a user-friendly website, Markerville, to host
a massive biomarker database.
