techniques. There are six steps of Pranic healing:


Clearing of Negativity
The objective of this step is to rid the body of any negative thoughts or emotions and
help clear the way for Prana to flow through it. This helps prepare the body for healing
by removing any blockages which may be caused by negativity and bring the mind into a
state of positivity which creates a more open and receptive environment for the
acquisition of prana.
Pranic Breathing
Using a variety of breathing techniques, including rhythmic breathing, retained
inhalation, measured exhalation, and deep breathing, Pranic Breathing allows for
maximum amounts of prana to be taken into the physical body, increasing energy as a
result. It also allows any residual negative energy to exit through prolonged or measured
exhalation.
