As discussed, your resignation will be effective close of working day on 24th July, 2018. You are relieved
from your duties with XYZ Solutions Pvt Ltd.

We will shortly communicate to you the full and final settlement of your dues owed to you or by you.
Further you will need to return and/or facilitate the return of all the XYZ Solutions's property in your
possession. If you fail to do so prior to your last date, you hereby acknowledge that any such amount or
its equivalent may be deducted from the amounts payable to you or owed to you by XYZ Solutions. Any
release letter and/or final amounts owed to you will be subject to your completion of the required
settlement activities.

Your benefits (including any insurance coverage you were eligible for during your employment) have
been terminated as of 24th JULY, 2018
.

You agree that, notwithstanding the cessation of your employment with XYZ Solutions, some of your
obligations (including, without limitation, the confidentiality and intellectual property obligations) with
XYZ Solutions under the terms of employment shall continue in full force and effect. This letter
constitutes the full and complete understanding between you and XYZ Solutions regarding your relieving
