Criteria for exam-projects entrepreneurship

PROJECT DESIGN & MANAGEMENT:

- That the project is based on a well thought out design

- That the project is well managed

- "Scoping" (the project is well balanced between realism and ambition)

- That the project has a clear purpose

- That management and correction of goals / objectives in relation to "reality" are shown

along the way

IDEA DEVELOPMENT:

- That the project is based on an original idea or has an original angle

- That the project is clearly conceptualized (based on a clear idea of a "before" and "after")

COMMUNICATION:

- That the project is characterized by clear and effective communication between everyone

involved

- That the project is communicated so that outsiders get a clear picture of the project's

purpose and value

- That any parts of the project (press material, web etc) bear the mark of thoroughly reflected

communication

ECONOMY:

- That the project includes a well-planned and realistic budget for its implementation
- Different types of funding (funds etc) have been considered

- That the project is moving forward towards a professional activity in the music industry

EXTERNALIZATION:

- That the project shows value creation in a larger context

- That the project is characterized by cooperation with relevant partners

- That the project shows good use of networks

PRACTICE & THEORY:

- That the project shows that the student has performed actions - not just planned

- That the project is based on theory that supports the actions - and vice versa

REFLECTION:

- The student's ability to understand own development and learning from the project, as well

as the future potential for learning and development

FORMAT:

Written submission of 5-7 A4 pages including:

- Product Description: What you have created / changed through the project

- Process description: Thoughts on the way you have worked and learning

- Process reflection: How can the learning from the process help you in the future. Which part

of the process could have been done in other ways and which part of the process would be

important to take in account for future projects.
