CHARTER OF DUTIES WARDEN TEACHER IN-CHARGE

1. Teachers on Morning Physical Fitness Duty will ensure the following:-

(a) Students should assemble in proper games kit in morning PT.
(b) Students should go for physical workout.
(c.) If it rains the workout should be organized in the boarding house.
(d) Student brush their teeth and make their bed before they move out.

2. Teachers on Fall-in Duty will ensure the following:-

(a) Students should assemble for 1st fall-in in proper school uniform at 0720H.
(b) Students should assemble for 1st fall-in in proper school uniform at 1750H.
(c.) Students should assemble for 1st fall-in in night suit at 2130H.

3. Teachers on Assembly / Escort Duty will ensure the following:-

(a) Proper line up of the students takes place.
(b) Students should move for assembly quietly.
(c) Students maintain the sanctity of the assembly.
(d) After the Assembly is dispersed, students will move out quietly for classes.

4. Teachers on Meals & Refreshment Duty will ensure the following:-

(a) Proper line up of the students.
(b) Students move inside/outside the Dining Hall quietly.
(c) Students follow manners and etiquettes.
(d) Students eat well and do not waste food.

5. Teachers on Floor Duty in-charge will ensure the following:-

(a) Floor in charge will maintain the teacher register for late coming.
(b) Floor in charge have to report daily to Principal by 1:10pm.
(c) Students maintain the sanctity of the classroom.
(d) After the class is dispersed, students will move out quietly form classes.

6. Teachers on Prep Duty will ensure the following:-

(a) Students maintain the sanctity of the Prep.

(b) Students quietly do their self-study.
(c) Sunday instead of Prep, movie will be screened.
(d) In case, Sunday movie does not take place due to some school activity, then it will be
screened next sunday.
TEACHER IN-CHARGE FOR LETTER WRITTING
Every Sunday the boarders will write letter under the supervision of the warden on
duty.
Note: Teacher in-charge will ensure the following:-
(a) Collect inland letters a day prior to the letter writing day.
(b) Letter must be drafted keeping in view the general caliber of the students.
(c) Draft must include the school events/activities of the week.
(d) Teachers on duty to ensure that they write proper home address and letters are posted
on the next working day.

TEACHER IN-CHARGE FOR PHONE CALLS

Every Sunday the boarders will call their parents under the supervision of the warden
on duty.
TEACHER IN-CHARGE FOR SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS
(a) Supervise all the activities. Teacher in charge must ensure 3 hours prep, 2 hours rest
and 1 hour evening games.
(b) To check thoroughly personal hygiene and turn-out of the Students.
(c) To check neatness of cupboards & bed side lockers of their respective Houses.
(d) In case the checkup does not take place due to any school activities on Saturday, the
same should be done on Sunday.
(e) Check the cleanliness of the hostel rooms, corridors, common room and wash rooms.
