INTRODUCTION

This simulation tool is provided to you by CoE HR Rewards. It is meant to help you estimate the combined
impact of your SCORE, the overall Business Performance and variations in your salary on your Aim2Score bonus
payout.
Important data sources for this simulator are your Actual Base Salary earned during the course of the Plan
Performance Period (January 1 through December 31), as well as your Target Bonus Percentage.
As you use the simulator, please take into account that in many cases its calculations are based on a pro-ration
of Actual Base Salary earned. Variables such as unpaid leave periods, additional salaries and varying
calculations of pro-ration might not be accounted for and accommodated in full. This is why the calculation from
this tool cannot replace the actual bonus calculation by HR. It also cannot be used to legal claims. Rather, it
should serve as an indication / estimation tool that helps you verify and comprehend the calculation of your
bonus.

DEFINITIONS
Target Bonus : Please use the target bonus percentage indicated in your bonus letter
Period : Enter all data under Period 1 if your calculation applies to the whole year (Jan-Dec).
Use Periods 2 &3 if your salary or target bonus varied over the year.
Annual Base Gross Salary : Enter your Annual Gross Salary. Note that the Total column does not take into account multiple currencies.
Eligible Compensation : This is calculated automatically: Base Salary (annual) x Number of Months / 12
Business Performance : Enter the expected business performance. This number is communicated at the
March All Employee Event in Herzo as well as via the intranet.
It can also be found in your bonus letter.
Payout of Taget Bonus: Underlying Aim2Score payout percentage based on the business and invidiual performance
Bonus Payout : Based on the information you have entered, this provides an estimation of the payout
you might receive for your bonus. Note that for simplicity reasons, these calculations are
based on assumptions and are less precise than the actual calculations. As such,
the final amount will in most cases won't exactly match your calculations.
Still, it does give you an indication of your expected bonus payout sum.
