The location which is Salawag Dasmariñas Cavite is very accessible because the location is near at the

schools,market, and subdivisions. It is a perfect place that can attract the target market and even the
passerby's. Even though there are some bakeries or pastry shops around it, the shop can attract people
to go in there because of the place and food itself as it is new to their eyes and taste.

Competition in the entrepreneur's chosen place is fairly low and does not provide the same quality and
good service that Cupcakes from Sugar Cupcake Bakery does. The local customers are looking for a high
quality product in a relaxing atmosphere, where they can meet friends and refer family to. Currently
there is one other bakery near this place that provides cupcakes which is Heaven Cupcakes which is also
having a daily freshly baked cupcakes, but offer more traditional flavours. But the entrepreneur's
competitive edge is having a unique flavours of cupcakes. The entrepreneurs will also invent new
flavours and recipes regularly to keep the product offering fun and interesting and to motivate tye
customers to return to entrepreneur's bakery.

Weaknesses:

It is new built so that it has lack of presence in key growing marketing channels. As a young entrepreneur
it will be a high cost to operate due to lack of experience in management and operations. The funds that
can be used in the management may be insufficient. And having not enough equipments and lack of
professional skills and knowledge can be a problem.

As a new entry in the business, it has no costumer base. It cannot be recognize easily by consumers at
first because of lack of brand effect. And it is difficult to receive a large number of consumers/customers
because of limited space and few service personnel.

The business should expect a high inventory turnover rate due to raw materials having a short expiry
date. Also an effective restocking and reordering procedure needs to be developed to maintain and
supply the right amount of materials for daily operation. Quality control is very difficult to achieve as the
cupcakes and coffee will be made differently each time. To ensure quality control, procedures will need
to be established, ensuring the taste and decorations can remain as similar as possible.

Threats:

The competitors has established loyal customers. There are a lot of bakeries and pastry shop, others are
popular and in demand because of their brand name. It is not easy to build a strong base and because of
changing market taste. The experience of competitors in the market and best advertisement strategies.

The consumers itself, because cupcakes arent in demand and its not the type of food that you usually eat
in your everyday living.
