1. Introduction
Our group is working on school security system. Basically the idea was to
make a system which can easily maintain data between a school and a parents.
An emergency response to a school can evoke fear and loathing in the most
experienced first responder. The reason is simple; errors in protecting the
safety of children or mistakes in caring for their health and welfare can distress
the public and incite the rage of parents, educators, and the media. In the midst
of a school crisis, the central goal of all first responders is to ensure the safety
of the students and staff. A comprehensive school safety plan can assist the
first responder in facilitating effective action during the first critical moments
of a school crisis.

(A)What is Design Thinking?

Design Thinking is process which makes human mind more
creative and it is applicable in all walks of life, it helps us in
innovative ideas and solving problems. It can be as effective
in education or technology as it may be in manufacturing
and services. Design thinking is a new human centric
approach of looking at problems and solving them
appropriately.
(B)Its importance and socio-economical relevance
1. It is empowers even the most conservative and traditional
thinker to cultivate new, advanced solutions to the
problem. It helps us to find solution of real life problems.

(C) Team Building: About Team Member

In our group, we are 4 members named .
RABADIYA PARAS 180410116095
PATEL JAY 180410116073

About Guide Faculty

In over group, there is one internal faculty guide named Prof. Viral S.
Patel. Who is very good and experience teacher in Design
Engineering subject. She always gives us advise what to do and what
don’t.

Logbook Importance:
 It enables a complete reconstruction or measurement in project
at a later date.
 You can understand the process of project even after the death
of the project members.
 The steps that led to the success or failure of a large project can
be easily extracted through logbook.
 Logbook helps the team when patent lawyers need properly
documented evidence of inventions.
 One can identify his/her mistake easily.

3. Secondary Research & Diachronic and Synchronic Analysis

towards problem definition

We had discussed several problems of urban section of India. Now it is

challenge for us to select a particular problem and discuss possible solutions
of that problem. We have find that now days it is difficult to find proper
space for parking and it is big problem in tier-1 and tier-2 cities of our
country. Our government upcoming projects include smart cities and a one
major project Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor which includes Dholera
smart city which is green field project and is going to become first industrial
city of India. So there our project will help this particular problem.

4 .Ideation Canvas
The ideation canvas includes the idea of the modification that we are going to
impart on the older version of the system.
The ideation canvas includes the basic titles such as people, activities etc.
People:
It includes the persons who are related to the newer version of the system.
 Students

 Parents
