BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY

 Righill Electrics Pvt.Ltd was founded in 1993 by two Design Specialists having more than 20 years’
experience (at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal India) in the field of Oil Field Electrics &
Industrial Control Design and Development.
 Possessing strong engineering team & manufacturing base housed in a premises measuring approx.  16,000
sq. ft., (max. height 33 ft., total plot 60,000 sq. ft.).
STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY

 Unique capability in design & manufacture of control systems and assemblies for
various applications viz., oil field equipment  & industrial as well as manufacture of 
parts & assemblies like Electronic Control Modules, PCBs, EC Brake Parts, Plugs and
Sockets Connectors, Foot & Hand Throttles, various transformers etc. and field coils, 
rotating rectifiers and brushless exciters.

HOW I OBTAINED THIS OPPORTUNITY

 The founding members of the company are good acquaintance of my family .

They had a short discussion with me about my interests. And then , I got this
opportunity.
CHALLENGES,ISSUES AND CONSTRAINS

There were some challenges which I faced while doing this internship.
The first challenge which I faced was chances of hand holding of PCBs were not there because
this was a virtual internship.

The second problem which faced was , I had a wage idea about PCBs . But after completing this
Internship my understanding towards the field has improved.
RESULT AND APPLICATION

So as I mentioned earlier, I had a wage idea about PCBs. But after this internship
opportunity my concepts have been cleared and I also got know about Functional
operations and many future opportunities as well.
CONCLUSION AND FUTURE WORK

The Technology industry is constantly evolving and future for PCBs is growing with it. Their use will
increase in wearable electronics, Flexible PCB technology is pushing the industry increasingly
towards flexible and flex-rigid PCBs.
