ANALYSIS
The researchers conducted a survey that asks the students of 10F, 10G, 10H, and 10J
about how many apps do they have in their smartphones. Each section had 20
representatives that contains 10 girls and 10 boys. The following information were asked
of the students:
a) Name
b) Gender
c) Section
d) Number of apps in a student’s smartphone
After reaching the desired number of respondents, the raw data was gathered into a
table as participants were divided by their respective sections before being separated
further into male and female prior to being transcribed into a steam and leaf diagram.

DATA OF 10F
The data comes from 10 students where the respondents are both male and female.
The female students from 10F have 196 applications in total. The central tendencies

median, and 33 and 49 for the mode which identifies as bimodal. The total number of
smartphone apps for the students of 10G who answered the survey would be 471.
