    CLEANING PROCEDURE OF EQUIPMENTS CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR WORKING AREA

     Pre-clean - remove excess waste, dirt and cobwebs by


    1. Remove excess dirt using brush. sweeping, wiping and pre-rinsing.
    2. Let the machine cool after operation.  Washing – wash walls, floor, Ceilings and doors with water
    and liquid detergent.
    3. Gently pour warm water (tap water) in the machine using hose.
     Rinse –remove stains and detergent from the washed
    4. Do not pour water over machine gear. surfaces.
     Sanitizing–sanitize floors using 300 ppm chlorinated water,
    5. Use soap concentration (1 cup of liquid soap diluted in small pail pallets using 200 ppm chlorinated water and walls using 150
    of water). ppm chlorinated water.
    6. Gently wipe the surface using clean green towel.  Drying - remove all moisture within the area.
    7. Gently pour warm water on the surface using hose.
    8. Gently pour chlorinated water on the surface.
    9. Wipe excess water using clean white towel (dipped in chlorinated
    water 150ppm).
