Because of the salary.

Not anything special, she works according to the group. Different
methodologies and strategies.

Realizing what her ss have learnt.

Make SS feel comfortable with the language.

Let them know the problem, arrange a parents interview, and make a plan
for him, and check the group aroun them, assign ss responsibilities.

Different ways: formal assessment, everyday participation and evaluation, reading, oral activities.

Depends on the group, grammar when theyre basic level, if it is a higher
level through reading, videos, etc.

Realizing the people are learning.

By giving rewards, also through a chart that asses students achievements.

Being empathetic with his SS.

Participation, giving ss different opportunities to be vealuated.

Follows a process: introduction, explanation, and closing. Asks questions
in order to know if the SS learnt.

Seeing SS learning what they thought they could never do.

Learning about his SS goals, and feelings, fears, emotions, etc.

Once he had an hyperactive SS and helped him being friendly

Participation, work in class, not only with exams.

participate, speaking activities

Participation is the least, homework, etc.
