    This memo serves as written notice to EDMAR DONES FLORES. STC NTN GASOLINE STATION has made
    the decision to take disciplinary action regarding obligation to report on his duty.

    STC NTN GASOLINE STATION has decided to give 5days suspension without pay starting November 1-5,
    2019 to EDMAR DONES FLORES. The suspension will be effective immediately.

    It is our sincere hope that this suspension is met with understanding on your part. This is your first
    written warning, and according to company policy, if chronic absences and tardiness continues, the next
    action will be termination. You have the right to appeal this decision. If you have questions regarding
    this disciplinary process, don’t hesitate to talk with us.
