    STICK TO YOUR DESK IN WORKING HOURS

    It has been observed and recorded that employees are spending more than
    allotted time in during tea breaks. Make into your kind account that
    knowingly or unknowingly you are violating the company’s rules and
    regulation. Since this is a serious issue to be concerned, so all the sectional
    heads are requested to verify and track their subordinates regarding this
    aspect. If there is any genuine reason then that will be the authorised by the
    sectional head.

    So hope all of you will make themselves to work with great discipline and
    will recess as per the time allotted. Your suggestions regarding this matter
    will be highly entertained. Also if a person found violating this rule will be
    will be charged in the best possible manner. Please treat this warning
    seriously and improve accordingly.
