Grievance Redressal Policy

ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LTD requires directors, general managers, managers, officers,
supervisors and all employees to observe a high standard of Professional conduct in identifying
and addressing employee’s grievances through a structured approach.

Reporting Responsibility: This Grievance Redressal Policy is intended to encourage and enable
employees and others to raise serious concerns internally at unit level or at CO level if/ when
required, so that grievances are addressed in compliance with the law and ASHTON APPAREL
(EPZ) LTD standards. It is the responsibility of all board members, general managers, managers,
officers, supervisors, all employees and volunteers to report concerns and issues which he/she
wants to address by sharing it with his/her immediate superior. It is imperative to raise it
immediately with the immediate superior and try to resolve it as a matter of priority.

Reporting Procedure: ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LTD has an open door policy and suggests that
employees share their concerns or complaints with their immediate supervisor/ reporting
officer. It is required to raise concerns and issues immediately with the immediate
superior/manager and try to resolve it as a matter of priority.

In the event of grievance not being addressed in a satisfactory manner, then he/she is
encouraged to approach Head– HR or Compliance to take the help and address his/her concern.
If the employee feels that his concern/issue is not addressed properly or not happy with the
action taken from the immediate supervisor/manager, then he/she can approach the HOD, who
has the responsibility to investigate all reported complaints his/ her involvement and help,.

Employees with concerns or complaints may also submit their concerns in writing directly to
their supervisor or the Executive Director/ General Manager/ Compliance Officer or the HR
Department at the Central Office. It is required that the grievances are redressed then and
there through a fair dialogue across the tablein accordance with the policy and the corporate
culture of ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LTD which encourages redressal of grievances in the shortest
possible time at the lowest possible level by keeping the channels of communication open and
informal.

Handling of Reported concerns: Compliance Officer / Compliance Head / HR department /


person with authority at unit level/ at Central Office will notify the person who submitted a
complaint and acknowledge receipt of the reported concerns and issues. All reports will be
