We have pleasure in offering you an appointment as “Hardware and Network Engineers“ in our company.

The terms & conditions of your appointment will be as under:

1) Your initial work will be at PATS office, Pune but you may have to travel in and out of Pune to carry out
customers’ jobs. For residential jobs your location will be client’s office.

2) You will join your duties from 09/08/2019 at 9.30 am. Your minimum job commitment is one year. Your work
schedule will be as per clients timing.

3) You will conform to all the rules & regulations in force from time to time in the company.

4) You will be the whole time employee of the company and will not engage yourself in part time work, profession
or employment either honorary or otherwise during the working hours.

5) You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of your joining. You will be paid a consolidated
salary of Rs. 10500/- (Rs. Ten thousand five hundred only) for a period of six months and later increment will be
totally on your performance.

6) You will be required to produce relevant documents as mentioned in application form annexed to this letter.

7) Kindly return this offer letter duly signed as token of your acceptance.

Rules & Regulations

1) You will be responsible for all kinds of losses due to mishandling, negligence and such losses will be recovered
from your salary.

2) You are supposed to handle customer’s machines and data with utmost care; hence you will be responsible for
any loss claimed by the customer.

3) During your services with us or thereafter you will not divulge company’s confidential information including the
vendors & customer’s confidential information to anyone or use the same for any purpose other than the
interest of PATS. ततम्हह “PATS” चच खखाजगच मखाहहतच जसस कक vendor, customer इ. गतप्त ठस वण्यखाचच कखाळजच घ्यखाल.

4) Your services may be terminated by either side giving forty five days notice or payment of three months
salary in lieu thereof on healthy grounds.

5) Absence for continuous period of five days without prior approval of the management would make you lose your
lien on the services and the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or intimation.

6) You will not solicit employment with the clients of PATS or prospective clients and you will strictly
avoid to include the names of clients of PATS in your resume after separation or leaving the services
of PATS. After leaving PATS you shall not try to contact clients of PATS in any case directly. Failed
to which you are liable to enter in to juridical procedure anyhow.

7) Before leaving the job you will have to return all the office material, documents, reports and any other things
which belongs to this organization.

8) If leave taken between any days from 1st to 10th day of each month, the salary will be delayed ahead for those
many days.

9) Punctuality will be a major factor in your job and as such you are supposed to be present 5 minutes before
office time on all the working days without any excuse.

10) Every three late marks will be treated as half day and every absent without prior approval will be treated as two
days absent and the same will be deducted from your salary. ततीन ववेळळ उशतीर झळलळ तर अरर ससुटती पकडलती जळईल.आणण जर
अगगोदर न सळसांगतळ गगैरहजर रळणहलळत तर एकळ णदवसळसळठती दगोन णदवसळसांचती ससुटती लळवलती जळईल. नसांतर यळ गगोषतीवर वळद णकव्वळ चचळर कवे लती जळणळर नळहती.

These rules and regulations are formulated for the smooth working of the organization and we every member should
adhere to the same.
