    Warning letter
    It is reported/alleged against you that, you are found guilty about your conduct and attitude during your employment with Bengal Tools Limited (Agro). During your visit to Patna we have got feedback about your negative attitude and negative approaches to work. You are advised that your attitude and conduct has been unsatisfactory, and that immediate improvement is required. It was reported that your rudeness and aggressiveness kept increasing with time. Your negative sayings about our company with the distributors were also against the code of conduct of our Company. Also your behavior with the management of the company at Patna was found unsatisfactory. This act of your as mentioned above constitutes misconduct as per the certified standard orders of the Company. After considering the situation it is expected that your conduct and attitude improves and specifically that you are advised for improvement of performance or conduct, Treat this letter as first warning letter. Violation of the same may be followed by termination of your employment.
