Dear Harpreet,

On behalf of organization, we have pleasure in offering you an appointment as Production


Engineer. You will be employed under Ubhi Brothers on the following terms and conditions.

Date of Commencement On/Before: 1 June, 2011

Location: 3620, 4th St., Chet Singh Nagar, Gill Road, Ludhiana, Punjab, India

Remuneration:

You will be paid 9500 rupees per month as a salary. Your performance would be judged and
salary would be paid in the following months according to that.

Package: 114,000/- PA

Probation:
Your employment will be subject to one year probationary period. The organization shall
have the discretion to extend the probationary period for another term in which case you
will be notified.

Notice of Termination:

This contract may be terminated during the period of employment.

a) Either party is required to give one month’s notice in writing or payment in lieu of
notice.
b) By the organization without notice, in the event that
i. You have committee or abetted an act or acts in breach of the organization
policies and procedures or applicable external codes of practice or laws which is
sufficiently serious in the circumstances to warrant your summary dismissal or
you have been guilty of gross misconduct, fraud or dishonesty, neglect of duty or
wilful disobedience.
ii. If you were associated, involved or found guilty in any offence or any such
activity, before you joining the employment with organization, which in the sole
discretion of the organization is prejudicial to the organization’s interest.

Organization Policies, Procedures and Regulatory Requirements:

You Must:

a) Comply with all internal policies and procedures from time to time issued by the
organization through staff handbook, other document and communication to its
employees: and
b) Comply with all laws and industry codes of practice relevant to your role: and
c) Obey all lawful directions given to you by or under the authority of the organization

Your agreement is bound by this clause is a condition of your employment.
