How to Take a Test in eLearn

1. Go to https://elearn.jscc.edu/d2l/login and login with your username and

password

2. Select your course under My Courses

Course Name

3. Click on GoToClass
4. Click on Testing

5. Click on the title of the test you are taking. You will see any feedback from
the instructor and the number of allowed attempts to the right of the test
**Skip to step 9 if the test does not say “Requires Respondus LockDown
Browser”
6. Click on “Download and install the latest version of LockDown Browser” at
the bottom of the screen

7. Click on Install Now and follow the prompts

 8. Go back to the test (from GoToClass in eLearn) and click on “Launch
LockDown Browser”

9. LockDown Browser will prompt you to close any open programs

10. The Quiz Details page that shows the time limit, how many attempts you
have, and the instructions for the test

11. Click on Start Quiz at the bottom of the screen

12. Complete the test and click on Save All Responses at the bottom of the screen
*Check the legend to ensure you did save all of your answers

13. Click on Go to Submit Quiz

14. Click on Submit Quiz

15. Review your submission and grade, click on Done

16. Ensure you have 1/1 under attempts showing that you took one of the attempts

17. To review your submissions again, click on the dropdown arrow next to the
title of the test and select Submissions
18. Click on the Attempt

19. The questions and correct answers that were on the test are only displayed if
the instructor allows that feature
