including documentation, customs clearance (if necessary), and
ship the product to your site. We’re very fussy about how we ship
it. While in transit, transformer oil needs to stay u
­ ncontaminated
­– otherwise it will not perform according to specification. To ensure
our shipments remain free of impurities, we follow rigorous
procedures (unique to Nynas and developed over many decades),
all the way from the refinery to your site. Our quality assurance
program includes dedicated pipelines (in the vast majority of cases),
carefully selected ­forwarding agents and specially trained personnel
throughout the process.
