This letter is written in connection to the issue I have with a product that I brought from your store.

On January 18, 2019, I went to the store in Tamya Lapu-Lapu City to buy a vape. I was going to use it for
fun on the tournament in cebu. That day, I went to try out the vape, plugged it and turned it on. At first, it
worked just fine, but a couple of minutes later, it suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t turn on anymore.

With what happened, I am writing to inform you of this incident and recommend that you should check
or just replace the product that I bought. Your immediate action towards my request will be very much
appreciated.

Dear Mr. Zeuse;

This letter intends to clarify information about an incident that occurred at ADIDAS Company on April 6,
2018.

A fistfight broke out between the two employees of the ADIDAS, namely, Adonis Macario and Kim Pipeto.
The fight happened due to an interpersonal communication issue. Several employees have witnessed the
men involved argue inside the office pantry during break time right before the incident broke out.

The incident happened on [Date April 6, 2018 at approximately 10:30 inside the office pantry. The
participants were on their break when the incident occurred. Adonis Macario evidently referred to the
wife of Kim Pipeto disrespectfully which caused Kim Pipeto to hit Adonis Macario subsequently.

Since it was the first time that both employees were involved in such incident, they received a verbal and
written warning. They were informed that the termination of their employment will be made in case the
situation recurs.

I am writing you concerning a recent purchase of widgets. Approximately two weeks ago, on October 1, I

notification two days later confirming the receipt of payment and the shipment of the widgets. According
to your website, shipments should reach their destination within 3-5 business days of being sent, but I have
yet to receive the widgets. Do you have any information on what may have happened to delay the shipment
or where the shipment is currently?

I have worked with Widgets Galore, Inc. in the past and have the greatest confidence in your products and
customer service. We need the shipment of widgets soon, however, and I hoped you might be able to
provide me with an idea of when I can expect them. Thank you in advance for any help you might be able
to offer.

I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the product that I bought from your company. While I
believe that this could be an isolated incident, I want you to be aware of it in case there are more
complaints similar to mine, and for you to address the issue as soon as possible.

The product in question is cell phone and among the problems that I have found include the following:
Mulfunction; I cant put a sound in my phone even if I put a headphone. As for the unsatisfactory product
that I received, I will acquiesce to a replace or a refund, which you can send to my address.
