Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
• Digital Signature Certificate - Class 2/ Class 3 only
• Mandatory Installation - Bidders should download and install
Mandatory components provided on the eTendering portal of
Government of Maharashtra. The procedure for installation is
described further in this document.
• Mandatory Settings – Bidders should make mandatory browser
settings before using the system. The procedure for making settings is
described further in this document.

Download the Utilities
Click on the Link to Download
Click on Save or Run to install the
utility
Click on the Link to Download
As this is a Zip file so click on save
Save the Zip file to your
desired Location on your
computer
Extract the Zip folder
Run the Setup File to
Install the utility
Click on OK
Click here to Complete

Explorer File
Click on Tools
Click on Internet option
Click on Security tab
Click on Trusted Sites
Click on Sites
 Type the main Portal i.e.
https://maharashtra.etenders.in
Click on Add Button next to it

Similarly Add the Sub-portal you are working on

once Complete Click on Close
As Added in the Website

Click on Custom level
 Click on Enable for All
the Option and press ok
Click on Yes
