Masters of Ceremony Script

OPENING (Introduction)
Abigail: Ladies and Gentlemen, as we are about to begin, may I request everyone to please
settle down and find their comfortable sits. Kindly switch your mobile phones to the
silent mode. Thank you for your kind cooperation and attention.
Joshua: But before we start today’s program, let’s have a roll call on each section!! We will
give you 5 mins to think for short yells to represent your section.
Both: 5 mins starts now!!!
(adlib in tagalog)
Abigail: As we call on your section please shout your yells or the unique noise you created
to represent your group.
Abigail: Let’s here from ____ / And now let’s have the ____ / And now last but definitely
not the list _____
Joshua: Thank you Section ____
Abigail: Thank you guys let’s all give our self a round of applause.

Both: Magandang Umaga TUP-BSEE FRESHIES! Magandang Umaga mga ka- EE Youth!

Masters of Ceremony for today.”)

Joshua: Today, were conducting the first school program for school year 2019-2020, the
orientation Program. This is the time to make the students specially the freshman to be
familiar with their school environment and school personnel.
Abigail: That’s right Joshua! BSEE Students of TUP Manila should know the background of
our school and how its system work to adhere with the school’s rules and regulation.
Formal Start of the Program

Joshua: To formally start our program may I request everybody to please rise and be one in
mind, body, and spirit as we praise and thank our almighty for all his graces and blessing
through an invocation to be led by ______________________. And the singing of our
national anthem to be conducted by ___________________.
Opening Remarks
Abigail: Nothing can be more re-assuring and heart-warming than the affectionate words
of welcome. This will be given by our College Dean, Engr Benedicto Fortaleza. Around
of applause please. ( Saan po makakakuha ng background info kay Dean, thanks )
Joshua: Thank you Engr. Benidicto Fortaleza for that wonderful inspirational message. A
big round of applause please.

TUP Hymn
Let us all stand as we give our pride and honor to our school. As we sing
our Technological University of the Philippines Hymn.

Abigail: It is really important to know the background of the school you are studying.
Bear in mind that it is a must to know who are the people who surrounds you. It is not
only a sign of respect/ for those people will help you out through your college journey.
We hope that you guys gather lots of information on this 2019 Freshmen Orientation.
