I have chosen Eggplant(talong) to plant because they really grow well in a sunny
vegetable garden.
On this day, I began planting vegetables in our backyard. Such
hobbies are enjoyable and stress-relieving, it is exciting to see them
grow and bring results from which we can benefit. I thought that it
would take few weeks for them to grow. But I was amazed because
as I water them during afternoon of each day, I can see the
difference. Just by watching them grow, I am already happy. It is a
sign that what I did is effective.
This is the day I have been waiting for the most for
my crop to grow. I am so happy these days. I will
take care of them until they grow and bear fruit.
Since I am the one who planted it, I am grateful
and proud.
I enjoy planting, tilling the soil, watering, seeing my plant
healthy, it gives me comfort. I water them every day and I
noticed that they grow bigger day by day.
It's giving me joy each day.
Every time I see my plants.
I am now waiting for my plant to bloom and I am
very happy because my plants are growing. As my
plant grows, I take care of it even more until ....
My plant blossomed and these days I am very happy and proud of it.
In the more than a month that I've been in charge of my own vegetable garden, I've
had several experiences that have made me realize how important it is. My gardening
skills were refined, and I learned more from my family, who assisted me through
their shared knowledge and personal experiences. It has taught me a lot of things
that I can put to use in my future endeavors. It's a really positive experience. I am
excited to plant more types of vegetables soon.
It is a fulfilling task to be able to do the activity and receive the fruits of one's labor.
I didn't finish it just to finish the task; I finished it because it contains a lot of
lifelong learning that is relevant in real life. It has taught me a lot of things that will
help me survive, particularly now that we are in a crisis. This allows me to provide
a source for our meals that can be accessed at any time. It made me realize that,
even in times of crisis, planting can be a life-saving activity because it provides a
food supply. It encouraged me to keep doing it and to continue making positive
accomplishments. I am was very grateful to have an activity like this. It has been
very helpful not only to my family but to everyone. It is both a performance and a
fulfillment to get it completed successfully and with the desired results. It gives me
a glimpse of the true worth of gardening.
