INTRODUCTION

The purpose of every organization is to obtain a coordinated effort by defining

authority relationships, tasks and functions. This means establishing what each
one should do and to whom they should report. Strategic management is able to
formulate, execute and evaluate processes more effectively.

Is it important to invest time and effort designing a strategy
in order to start running a business?

The strategy of an organization must be appropriate for its resources, objectives

and environmental circumstances. Business strategy is of great importance for any
company, small or large.
For an organization to be successful, its managers and leaders must direct their
people to: 1) do the right things and 2) do the right things. The latter, doing things
correctly, entering the field of effectiveness, and other managerial skills.
The corporate strategy is of great importance for any company, small or large. In
large companies, it is usually the top management levels who deal with the
strategic issue; However, a measure that an individual ascends in the
organizational scale, has to think more and more strategically.
Organizations should not only live and delight in the successes of the present, but
continue dreaming and planning a promising future. Always remember that today's
successes will be tomorrow's failures. It is not enough to formulate a strategic plan,
according to Robert Kaplan of ten strategic plans properly formulated only one is
successfully implemented, and that among one of the most common causes is the
numbness of management levels, lack of vision, conformism management
attitudes, scarce competencies to inspire, motivate and excite their employees.

CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES

 Con el desarrollo de esta unidad pude comprender la importancia de el

diagrama y su análisis en cuanto al tiempo de desarrollo de los proyectos.

 Una delas principales metas de un proyecto es llegar al alcance del

proyecto en el tiempo estimado y este diagrama será muy funcional para
lograrlo.
 A la herramienta de IBM le falta ser un poco más amigable con el usuario.
