4.3.17 FUEL ANALYSIS

4.3.17.1 GENERAL

The Coal Fired Power Plant and its accessories furnished under this
contract shall be designed to perform satisfactorily burning coal
(bituminous, sub bituminous or lignite) and light oil fuel or the range of
values indicated.

The guaranteed performance shall be based on this fuel analysis. If the

Bidder requires further data on coal and light oil fuel to confirm his design,
he shall conduct the additional tests at his own expense.

4.3.17.2 FUEL ANALYSIS

Fuel analyses specified herein, are preliminary and provided to the Bidder
for his reference.

When a detailed analysis of coal (bituminous, sub bituminous or lignite) and

light oil fuel is available and confirmed by the Owner, the subject analysis
will be forwarded to the Bidder.

In case the Bidder requires any other item to be covered by the fuel and
analysis compared to those listed below, the Bidder must state that in the
Proposal.
