Currency, to me in hand paid to my full satisfaction by JERWYN BRUCE B. OÑATE likewise of
legal age, Filipino citizen, single with residence and postal address at Zone 2, Capilihian
Street, Del Rosario, Naga City, Camarines Sur, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY, unto the said JERWYN BRUCE B. OÑATE, his heirs, assigns and
successors-in-interest, my sedan, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

over the vehicle above-described, free from all liens and encumbrances in favor of any person
or entity.

citizen, married to FERMIN GUBAN with residence and postal address at Purok 2, Barangay
Anamean, Labo, Camarines Norte, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER
and CONVEY, unto the said BELMA L. GUBAN, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest,
my NISSAN PICK-UP, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
