Format :- Prescribed by Nayara Energy Ltd.

Form : Performance Bank Guarantee / DD/ SBLC

Equivalent to :- 5% of Basic contract value
Validity :- upto commisioning plus one month claim period
Declaration confirming the absence / existence of any Conflict of Interest or relationship
or affiliations with Nayara Energy
