2018, AT THE BARANGAY HALL

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. The presiding officer Hon. Nenita C. Radam upon
quorum has constituted, presented the agenda to be given appropriate action as follows:

`Agenda:

1. Update Children health status

2. other matters

The BCPC Chair, informed the body that as New Year start, new update of health status of 15
years old below children must be first on the line of the priorities. And the Hon. Imelda E. Egos moved a
motion a need to conduct a weighing activity to be surveyed by the BNS assisted with the barangay
health workers and all members of the body unanimously seconded.

The Dep-Ed Rep, Mrs. Merly M. Fernandez, stressed out that the school will facilitate the
weighing activity to the BNS and BHW during the classes day at 10:00 in the morning to keep the activity
fast and easy.

And after due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair found all motions moved were all
in line of the barangay development aspect, and pronounced that she will manage to inform the BNS
and BHW’s to perform the said activity immediately.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm.

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. The presiding officer Hon. Nenita C. Radam upon
quorum has constituted, presented the agenda to be given appropriate action as follows:

`Agenda:

1. Submission of identified underweight children

2. Other matters

The BHW headed by Yolanda Mercado, presented to the body the result of the weighing
activities they conducted. And the body found out that based on the report two (2) male and
one (1) female underweight children as per data submitted has identified.

The Hon. Imelda E. Egos, stress out since the children need to keep well-nourished
health status, proposed a feeding program of 1-10 yo at least once in every month to maintain
the health of the children and all members present unanimously seconded.

And on other matter, the Presiding Officer informed the body that a reliable source
informed at her office that there were female high school students in the barangay that often
cutting out from their classes.

And after due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair directly mandate to the
body to call the attention of parents who had female high school students to visit at their school
for inquiry of their children classes attendance.

And since there being no matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:15
p.m.

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. The BCPC chair after a quorum has constitutes
presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action:

Agenda:

1. Teenage pregnancy issues

2. Other matter

The Committee Chair on Health Hon. Imelda E. Egos presented to the body the cases of teenage
pregnancy and twelve (12) individuals was identified. That upon background investigation it was found
out that lack of parental guidance contributed much to this case. That parents should care to check
their students while in the school by way of attendance of classes to ensure the children were promptly
attending her classes.

After due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair recommend that Tanod duty at night
at 10:00 curfew hour, will conduct a roving around the barangay vicinity to lower children loitering late
at 10:00 and may lessen the case on teenage pregnancy and all members present unanimously
seconded.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:15 pm.

The BCPC Chair pronounced to the body that because of these number of cases on teenage
pregnancy, curfew hour implementation will be assisted by Tanod to ensure all corners in the barangay
will reach of Tanod roving. And informed the body too that at 10:00 sharp a bell will ring for a warning
of curfew time and all members unanimously seconded.

On other matter, the BCPC Chair mentioned to the body that this month will be having a feeding
of 15 years old below for Nutritional eating habit to underweight and well nourish children.

The BCPC Chair pronounced to the body the issues on Child Labor in the Barangay, that as per
observation some children ages 10 years old to 17 years old was engaged in labor force especially to low
family income. The Dep Ed Rep, Mrs. Merly M. Fernandez seconded the motion, but elicit an
information that as per data gathered among teachers, no pupils consecutively leave their classes ,
meaning those children involved in Child labor was done during Saturdays and Sundays.

After due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair found all information was essentials in
Children Right and Protection but as long as their studies would not be affected, helping parents is not a
big question. Though not to be tolerated, in a way it is just a sign of affection to parents and their family
as a Filipino.

member of Barangay Small Coconut Farmers Association, to prioritize them to have training in these
livelihood program on coco husk twining’s proposed project in the barangay by the PCA, and all
members of the body unanimously seconded.

The BCBC Chair pronounced to the body, that the individual’s presents are member of the BCPC
composition, and allows the body to set a schedule of monthly meeting. On motion of Mrs. Merly M.
Fernandez, Dep Ed rep, that every 15th day of each quarter is best schedule to convene the BCPC
meeting. The Hon. Imelda E. Egos, Committee Chair on Health, stressed out that the 1st Saturday of
each month is best schedule to meet at 3:00 p.m. and all members of the body duly seconded of the
motion.

After due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair found No objections on all motions
moved and seconded.

BCPC Chair, Hon. Nenita C. Radam, pronounced to the body the need to look after the welfare of
the Children 15 years old below to inform their health care to be given immediate action. Hon. Imelda E.
Egos, Committee Chair on Health, moved a motion to conduct weighing of children 15 years old below
to find out number of children who are malnourish in order to be given immediate attention and was
duly seconded by all members present.

After due consideration and deliberation, the BCPC Chair, Hon. Nenita C. Radam found all
motions moved and seconded are all in line of children welfare, and directly set the weighing schedule
on the last week of the month on August 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm. to be survey by the BHWs.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned 4:00 p.m.

on next Sunday September 09, 2018, at 2:00 pm.

INVOCATION:

The meeting was started with a short prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem.

CALL TO ORDER: The BCPC Chair called the meeting to order at 4:10 PM.

ROLL CALL:

The Secretary called the roll of the names of the body and the Presiding Officer found out that
100% were present declared a presence of quorum and directly proceed to the next activity undertaken.

NEW BUSINESS:

The following agenda were presented to be given appropriate action:

1. Conduct a Parenting session

The Dep-ed Rep. Mrs. Merly M. Fernandez, elementary teacher, stressed out that there was a
need of parenting session to non-4p’s parents for them to understand the role and responsibilities of
parents to their children the value of Education especially of the prevalent issues in the barangay that
some children was fond of this computer gaming and some were not attending classes to school and
duly seconded by all members present.

And the BCPC Chair recommended that parent session must at least 30 participants to be
conducted September 15, 2019, afternoon.

2. Other Matters

And since there being no other matters to be undertaken, the BCPC Member Andres P. Belleza
moved to adjourn the meeting and duly seconded unanimously by all members present.

AGENDA:

A case of a children roaming around the barangay vicinity late at night

The Elementary Teacher, Mrs. Merly Fernandez, stressed out that one of her pupil reported to
her at her classroom that a girl aging between 8 to 12 yrs old (name not to be published) roaming
around the vicinity of the barangay late at night and with the same age boy accompanied. And with this,
Hon. Analyn S. Bentulan, Committee Chair on Women and Family, BCPC Member move a motion that a
parenting session shall be conducted to parents for them to know their roles and obligations of their
children, and unanimously seconded by all members present.
 And after due deliberation and presentation, for the body information, the BCPC Chair
pronounced that the budget for parenting session was already discussed at the Sangguniang Barangay
level and had come out an activity design with the Comm Chair on Women and Family and VAWC desk
officer Hon. Analyn S. Bentulan that on coming September the activity will be conducted on parenting
session.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm.

The meeting was convened at 4:00 pm. The BCPC Chair declared a presence of a quorum and
directly presented to the agenda to be given appropriate action:

AGENDA:

1. Conduct Child Session

2. Other Matter

Hon. Analyn S. Bentulan moved a motion to conduct child session on values formation
and education on the 1st week of October at 2:00 pm and was seconded by Sk-chair Archie B.
Camino.

On other matter the BCPC Chair recommend the Sk-Chair to conduct survey for
information of the target participants for the activity.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at
4:45pm.
