Large Posterior Urethral Stone

Objective : To present our initial experience with glove technique in single-port laparoscopic.
Methods : We performed single-port laparoscopic surgery in a 20 years old male presented with
left undescended testis and left breast enlargement. He complained there is only right testis since
he was born. He also complained left breast enlargement since 8 months ago, the breast become
bigger, and pain when do hard activity like exercise. External genitalia physical examination
reveals there is normal pubic hair, normal penis, no left testis palpated, and normal size and
shape at the right testis. From left breast physical examination there is no nipple discharge, skin
dimpling, no other nodule in axilla. From ultrasound examination report that there is no left testis
visualized at scrotum or left inguinal, with normal visualization of right testis at scrotum.
Results : The patient underwent laparoscopic diagnostic and exploration surgery using glove
technique, single incision. The operative time was 120 minutes. Hospital stay after the procedure
was 1 day. There is no complication nor blood loss.
Conclusions : Single-port laparoscopic using glove technique port is a safe, feasible and cost-
effective surgical approach.
