Ice Cream Making

A. Objective: to make a DIY (do it yourself) Ice Cream

B. INGREDIENTS: MATERIALS:
*½ cup whole milk *Bowl
*½ cup cream *Teaspoon/Spoon
*¼ cup sugar *Zip lock Plastic Bag
*½ teaspoon vanilla extract *Any kind of cups
*1 cup rock salt *Towel
*Ice
*Rock Salt

C. PROCEDURES

1. Pour the ½ cup of milk inside of a bowl


2. Pour the ½ cup of cream inside of the bowl of milk
3. Add ¼ cup of sugar in the mixture.
4. Add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract in the mixture.
5. Stir it until the sugar is dissolved
6. Pour the mixture inside of the small zipper plastic bag.
7. Get another zip lock plastic bag but bigger and put ice and rock salt inside. The rock
salt will help pull the temperature down.
8. Then put the smaller zip lock plastic bag with the ice cream mixture inside the
bigger plastic bag with an ice and rock salt then seal it
9. Get a towel or something that can grab a big plastic bag with ice and rock salt then
start shaking it for 5 – 8 mins
10. After shaking it for 5 – 8 mins unseal the plastic bags
11. Get a spoon and start scooping the ice cream and put it on a small cup.
12. (optional) add toppings like sprinkles or something like chocolate chips.
13. Be Creative when putting toppings.
